Obedience + Remote Collar Training
Looking for help with leash manners, recall, or basic obedience?
Most of these foundational skills are now offered through our group classes, which provide structure, real-world practice, and personalized coaching in a fun, supportive setting.
Even if your dog is reactive, we offer small, structured group classes designed specifically for dogs who struggle with other dogs or distractions. These classes give your dog safe exposure while you learn how to handle challenging moments with clarity and confidence.
That said — if you prefer 1-on-1 coaching, need help in your home or a specific public setting, or want a more customized approach, private lessons are a great option.
We will often begin the lessons at our facility before moving to other locations. We can come to your home or meet in a public space to work on the behaviours you need addressed and teach you how to manage them yourself where needed. By the end of the program, you will feel confident and knowledgeable in handling situations with your dog. You also will have a trainer who is on your side and ready to help if ever you need.
As with any dog training, it’s important to keep in mind that a lot of the 1 on 1 training work is going to be about 90% you, the dog owner, and 10% us, the dog trainer. We show you the fundamentals and you work with your dog daily to get the results you desire, and build a strong leadership bond along the way. You will learn how to motivate your dog so that they want to learn. You will learn the proper time to praise/reward, and when to correct. You’ll also be able to ask our trainer how to eliminate basic behaviour modification situations.

Single Lesson

A single private session is a great option if you're looking for expert advice, need help understanding your dog’s behavior, or want guidance creating a customized training plan.
In this one-hour session, we can address a specific concern such as leash manners, jumping, crate issues, barking, threshold work, or basic obedience. We'll focus on one or two core areas that matter most to you and provide you with a clear, actionable plan to take home.
Please note:
Single sessions are best suited for general support or strategy-based help. If you're hoping to introduce e-collar training, this cannot be done in one session — proper e-collar conditioning requires a multi-session process to ensure it's introduced clearly, humanely, and effectively.
Most behavior and training concerns take more than one session to fully work through. If you're looking to cover multiple skills or work on more involved issues like reactivity or aggression, we recommend one of our multi-session packages.
But if you’re looking for experienced feedback, a game plan, or a tune-up on a particular issue — this is a great place to start.
4 Lessons

In 4 lessons you and your dog can learn a combination of the following options: loose leash walking (heel), off leash heel, basic obedience (sit/down, stay, place).
In 4 sessions we can also work on adjusting nuisance behaviours such as jumping, overexcited on leash, and polite greetings.
RECALL is huge for so many owner who want off-leash freedom with their dogs safely. We can help you teach your dog to reliable recall in just these 4 sessions BUT that option is only for clients who are wanting to learn the remote collar training. Recall can only be guaranteed off leash if you have a way to communicate with your dog. Our remote collars provide a safe way humane way to do this.
Because the programs are tailored to you and your dog, we can focus on what is most important for you both to learn and help you with the areas you struggle.
Each dog and handler team learns at their own pace so it varies what each team will be able to achieve in 4 lessons

The 8 session package is our most popular option.
Similar to the 4 lessons, you and your dog can learn a combination of the following options: loose leash walking (heel), off leash heel, basic obedience (sit/down, stay, place), and recall.
In 8 sessions we can also work on adjusting nuisance behaviours such as jumping, overexcited on leash, and polite greetings as well as working on their obedience.
Reactive to dogs - If your struggling with a dog reactive dog (barking, lunging, nipping etc) then this 8 lesson package is a great fit. We will work with you to first tune up your dogs obedience and engagement with you (no matter the surroundings), and then go with you to public locations to continue working on these skills in real life situations. ​
All dogs with reactivity will be trained on a slip lead, prong collar, or remote collar.
2 dogs in one home option. If you have 2 dogs at home and wish to learn how to work with or walk them together, then the 8 sessions is a great choice. Each dog can complete a few solo lessons to learn a good foundation. Then, we can bring both dogs together to complete the remaining lessons to practice how to handle both dogs together.
